Families were unable to find the information they need to make an informed decisions when booking. They were also not able to book the services online. This led to a decrease of clients.
The Impact:
Families in need can find the information needed and book a service from their home or mobile device leading to an increase in happy clients.
The Problem:
Redesign the website to make it more user friendly and allow clients to access all the information needed to make informed decisions when booking a service. While also making it accessable on mobile as well.

After sorting through the data I was able to start analyzing the information. This allowed more insight on the users and find the main key points that users need to have when finding help for themselves or their child.
Users need to feel empowered and secure when making a decision on help for their child.
Users are more likely to book a service if they have the ability to do it online.
Parents that need help supporting their child appreciate being able to easily find that inforamtion in one spot.
Users going through trauma with their child appreciate a website they can easily navigate.

After drawing we then were able to flesh out a true task flow.
Brainstorming:
After coming up with a task flow it allowed movement to the next step in creating an idea of the lay out of the pages.
Wireframes:
After coming up with an idea on the layout I was able to move forward with wireframes to move into the user testing.
Testing
After preforming some user testing it was learned:
95% of users were able to complete the task flow.
The services page seemed very crushed together.
20% of users were unsure the service emblems on the homepage were clickable.
85% of users commented how straightforward everything felt.
This information allowed me to make some adjustments and then add create a style guide.

Final Thoughts
While creating this website for my client, I noticed that users feel more confident and are more likely to use a service when they can easily access all the necessary information. Allowing users to book services online also makes them feel more in control. For families advocating for their child, a simple and easy-to-use website is especially important, as it helps them save time and focus more on their child's needs.
